Install or Reinstall Direct X - for updatess and fixes
Sometimes DirectX gets corrupted... You can manually download the latest, and run the directX setup...

Run the installer...
If this does not work... Try running dxdiag from the windows find program:
Hit the windows key.
Type in 'dxdiag'
Make sure you restart your computer twice after you do any type of driver updates. This ensures that any other installation processes or installs being performed on restart are completed. And then the second restart allows for a final system driver install completion.

If that does not work. Throw your computer out the window and buy something from this century.
